Refunds

If you would like to return a non personalised item, please email us to let us know & return it undamaged within 14 days and we will exchange or refund the cost of the item (excluding postage charges & gift wrap charges).

Please be aware when returning goods, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest that unsuitable items are repacked in original packaging. It is vital to obtain a "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office. This is proof of your return should the item go astray in the post. You are also responsible for the costs of returning items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If we have sent out an item that is faulty, we shall replace it or refund at your request. We will also reimburse the cost of the return postage. Your high street consumer rights apply online. 

 

Cancelling Personalised Items:

If you wish to cancel an order for personalised products, you must inform us immediately to enable us to stop the personalisation process. Once the personalisation process has started, you will be liable to pay in full for any part of your order which has been personalised prior to your cancellation, and any reasonable administrative or delivery costs incurred by us as a result of your cancellation.
